How should I properly inflate my Molten basketball or volleyball?
To maintain the integrity of the ball, moisten the inflation needle before inserting it into the valve. Inflate to the PSI range printed around the valve area to ensure optimal bounce and longevity.
What is the difference between composite leather and genuine leather balls?
Genuine leather balls are designed for professional indoor play and require a 'break-in' period, while composite leather offers a soft, game-ready feel immediately and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
How long does shipping take for team orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For bulk team orders or customized equipment, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery.
What is your return policy for used sports equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to safety and hygiene standards, equipment that has been used in play cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer a warranty on your professional-grade balls?
Yes, all Molten professional-grade balls come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects such as valve leaks or stitching failures under normal playing conditions.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For school or league purchases, we also support official Purchase Orders (PO) upon approval.
